 Description   

Extra route IP disappearing from FIB when router associated to VPN

STEPS:

  1. Create Network,Subnet(IPv4),Port and boot VM.
  2. Create Router and attach subnet to it.
  3. Check FIB entries are populated. --> PASS
  4. Create Extra route and check FIB entries are updated. --> PASS
  5. Create L3VPN and Associate router to it and check FIB entries are observed --> FAIL

Followed the steps mentioned in the bug.
I was not able to reproduce this issue on latest stable/oxygen build (1740).
Request you to verify it on the latest oxygen build.
