When HA Proxy load balances neutron requests as well as ODL requests
in the above environment. VM's not getting IP(IPV6) while creating VM instance multiple times. |

We tested using the above topology and found a lot of inconsistent behavior The issues we faced are :

The issues are not reproducible with the same topology, using oxygen/master branch. The VMs are created successfully as long as compute resource are available. I am able to created > 10 VMs (IPv6/IPv4) on a openstack node with 16G RAM. All VMS are allocated with IP addresses properly. |
