Description

Currently, ACL module receives add/update events on ACL object via NeutronSecurityRuleListener but it never receives remove events as there
is no implementation for SG listener in NeutronVpn module.
Because of this, AclEventListener.remove() never gets called and this would result in stale entries in ACL caches.
