 Description   

Migrate VM from Compute Node 1 to Compute Node 2 and then back to Compute Node 1  fails with error}

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create Network Net1
  2. Create Subnet Subnet1
  3. Create Neutron port
  4. Spawn VM in compute Node 1
  5. Migrate the VM to Compute Node 2
  6. Migrate the VM back to compute Node 1

Issue : VM migration fails at Step 6 with below mentioned error.
