 Description   
  1. Test Floating IP
  2. Test external networks of types vlan, vxlan, flat
  3. add hitful upgrade to gate jobs
  4. after https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/q/topic:arbitrator-reconcile+(status:open+OR+status:merged), create a fork for hitless upgrade testing
    1. incorporate the apic provided in external orchestrator
    2. remove step to clear out flows and groups on the switch
    3. add step to sanity check flows and groups on switch after upgrade
  5. for non-conntrack based nat, add tests for hitless nat
  6. add testing for hitless communication to discovered IPs (also add these scenarios in main 1-node jobs)
