There are many different upstream repos that we install packages from. Examples below. Mirrors or direct urls would be more reliable.

• @mnaser mentions this mirror is not fully supported so it could break

• pypi: nexus3.opendaylight.org

• zxiiro mentions if lf-infra-wrapper is used then this should already be used
