 Description   

the below message was seen 150+ times in a 2.5h CSIT job, but I'm not sure what it
really means. Is it neccessary?

30495:2018-12-10T16:35:15,930 | WARN  | jobcoordinator-main-task-6 | ElanInterfaceManager             | 352 - org.opendaylight.netvirt.elanmanager-impl - 0.8.0 | ELAN Info is null for elanName 0f9708bc-2a67-41fc-b927-bcc7c1055697 that does exist in elanDpnInterfaceList, skipping this ELAN for tunnel handling

also, there were some cases where the same message was repeated multiple times in a
row. example log

This error was due to stale info present in the elan-dpn-interfaces data store.
