VpnInterface creation is delayed for 90s in case vpn instance was not created first. Initial analysis: processVpnInterfaceUp waits for 90sec and exit if the vpn id was not generated yet. The AddBgpVrfWorker thread has to notify all waiting tasks when the vpn instance added to DB, but it doesn't send the notification because RouteDistinguisher is null string in case of vlan provider external network. Please look for the line in the attached karaf log: "VpnInstance to VPNId mapping not yet available" |
