 Description   

i have a setup as follows:
router = 1, network = 1, subnet = 1, VMs = 30

all 30 VMs are up and running.
the problem is that i cannot ping nor ssh one of the VMs to it's floating IP.
i have two computes, the VM that is not reachable is located on compute #2.

VM IP: 71.0.0.5 (private IP), 10.83.5.239 (floating IP)

looking in table #27 in compute #2, the rule of the private IP is missing.

Happened in my setup as well. It seems that the missing flow is included in the opendaylight-inventory, but for some reason it wasn't install in the OVS.

The floating IP is 10.0.59.5.

Attaching relevant logs & dump-flows from OVS & mdsal models.

This looks like an interesting bug, but more data is required -
Could you please try to reproduce this, and this time include the opendaylight_inventory model (Tomer has added it in his scenario, but there is no dump-flows from the relevant switch).

Also, please include the stdout-karaf.log

after installing the latest code,
the issue does not reproduce anymore
