ODL is distributed as an archive with Karaf installation. Aside of bin/karaf, bin/start and similar standard Karaf scripts, there are few configuration scripts, but nothing else.
Failure recovery is not handled automatically by ODL.
It is left for user to add whatever restore and re-launch automation needed.
