 Description   

Failed to resolve correct mac to floating-ip.
Floating-ip was associated to interface but after re-associate him to a different interface the mac didn't change to the new interface.

That cause a problem at table 21, there was a rule there for the new mac (if the new interface), but not for the old one.

Impossible to analyze this bug, as all the logs were flooded due to OPNFLWPLUG-813.
Spoke with Tal, and if this reoccurs he'll open the bug with all of the logs history. Closing for now
