 Description   

When trying to delete an external network of type GRE, an NPE is thrown while trying to fetch data for the corresponding VPN.
An internet VPN is not created for an external network of type GRE, and hence on network delete too, VPN data store should not be fiddled with if the external network is of type GRE.
