 Description   

When creating a router in Openstack and attaching interfaces their status is DOWN.

How to reproduce
================
1. Create a router

  1. neutron router-create <router>
    2. Attach interface
  2. neutron router-interface-add <router> <subnet>
    3. List the ports of the router
  3. neutron router port-list <router>
    4. Verify the interfaces' status is DOWN
  4. neutron port-show <port>

Itzik,

I thought the port's were always listed as down.

If they do need to be marked UP, I don't even know how that would be done from ODL. ODL does not make API calls back to neutron.
