 Description   

scenario :
I created vm and associate floating ip.
checked ping and recevied reply.
Then I reboot the vm and saw on table 81 that the router gateway rule was missing.

As we can see on tempest test - tempest.scenario.test_network_advanced_server_ops.TestNetworkAdvancedServerOps.test_server_connectivity_reboot
