SNAT: Table 46 and 44 are not getting programmed when router is associated with Private BGP-VPN

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1)Create ITM
2)BGP configuration
3)Create 2 networks Eg: N1 (10.0.0.0/24) N2 (20.0.0.0/24)
4)Create 2 subnets S1 S2
5)Create 2 pors P1 P2
6)Create 2 VM VM1 on P1 and VM2 on P2
7)Create router R1
8)Associate N1 N2 to R1
9)Data path traffic test between Vm1 Vm2 (works as expected)
10)Create Private BGP-VPN (Eg: vpn1)
11)Create Internet BGP-VPN (Eg: vpn2)
12)Associate vpn1 (Private BGP-VPN) to router (R1)
13)Create ext network with Provider type as "GRE"
14)Create ext sub-network
15)Associate ext network to internet vpn (vpn2)
16)Telnet to external network from private VM
17)TABLE 46 (Outbound NAPT Table) and 44 (Inbound NAPT Table) should have translations (not working as expected)
