The below error logs comes up on a simple features:install odl-netvirt-openstack. These should not be there.

Reopening as their are still exceptions and warnings coming out.

Can we move the log severity from error to info since there are cases where quagga or bgp is not used so these shouldn't be errors.

Couple patches that have helped in this area to reduce the logging when quagga is not in use. Leaving this bug open as we need a config to disable processing in bgpmanager when quagga is not used.
