Are the DHCP failures still noted in upstream jobs of Carbon runs within the VPNService Suite?

I did not see these types of failures in my last analysis. Let's see if it
doesn't show up for the next few daily analysis I do and we can close after
that.

There were many dhcp fixes that were landed into stable/carbon recently by Peri..

I am closing this one for now and please re-open if you observe the same failure with ELAN SUITE ELAN-Datapath-Traffic.
