 Description   

Hi,

For the HWVTEP configuration, we do the l2gateway and l2gateway connection creation for verification which used to create the VXLAN ports.

From 16-March-2017, it is not getting generated and all HWVTEP L2gateway connection verification are failing.

Can someone please help to point out if there are any changes to the auto tunnel or anything which got delivered yesterday which could have caused this?

Noticed that the issue is seen only on carbon this week, not for Boron.

Updates from community for the debug

one thing we can try to get more info is to load the carbon job in the sandbox.
Then go back and get the distro from the time when it was passing. Hopefully
it's still on nexus [a]. Then try to find the first distro it started failing.
we can run some tools to figure out which patches made it in to that distro
and that might give some clues.

these jobs are long, so it's best to first figure out the first failing
distro and last passing distro and then do a binary search when testing
in between.

checking the karaf log may be helpful. If the suites were written like the
other openstack suites, you'll find robot specific log messages written
in the karaf.log when the suites and test cases start. It might help to narrow
down some trouble exposed there.

Also, all these jobs collect the neutron, ovs, etc logs too. you can dig in
those.

Suneelu is currently debugging this issue.
Tried setting auto-tunnel off/on. This setting should be set off.

Issue still exists on Carbon builds, but on Boron it works now.
