 Description   

PROCEDURE-
1)Created a sub-interface eth0:1 having invisible ip 50.1.1.110 on one VM.
2)Sent GARP request to learn MAC. Observed that invisible ip is learnt and available in fib table.
3) Now migrated this invisible ip to the other VM. Observed that now ip is not propogated in the fib table.

This issue is seen only in Carbon and not in Boron

The log files contains ovs dump at the end of each test case

There is neither REST API logs NOR the KARAF LOGS enclosed.

With only the flow-dumps it is not possible to triage problems, so please attach the REST API log and KARAF LOg locations.

For REST API logs please refer to the below mentioned logs. In teardown of all test cases there is keyword Get Model Dump which has the rest api logs.

The previous logs would have been deleted so adding the logs again.
