 Description   

IN "Openstack and Opendaylight" guide ,

some of the packets are deprecated .
For example odl-base-all is not found in library .
Whole command list should be rechecked .

It appears as though the documentation for using OpenStack with OVSDB was last updated for Helium. At this point it might make sense to just update the ReStructuredText and Read The Docs version which will automatically be posted here:

The legacy netvirt is deprecated and the new netvirt should be used. There is a plan to add documentation for new netvirt for Carbon.
