Setup:
An ODL controller
A control and compute node

Procedure:
1. Install the VPN Service opensatck feature.
feature:install odl-netvirt-openstack
2. Stack the control and compute node.
3. Create a network.
4. Create an VM in compute node.
5. IP is assigned for the instance but does nit reach DHCP IP

Arthi, can you clarify the issue and some more information? I believe this is with default configuration of DHCP Agent and ODL, right? Can you provide flows and ovs-vsctl dump on the compute and node where DHCP agent is running?
