 Description   

After creating BGP VPN, extra routes were added behind the VMs present in 2 DPNs present in the VPN. The flows/groups got installed for the same.
When 1 of the VM present in a DPN was deleted, the loadbalancing group was adjusted coreectly. But when the last VM in the DPN was deleted, the loadbalancing group remained unchanged continuously pointing to the deleted VM.
