 Description   

Created a sub-interface eth0:1(10.10.10.110) on one VM and sent a GARP request to learn the MAC.
The ip 10.10.10.110 is added to fib table and flow tables but still ping to it is failing.
But it is passing in 2instance type jobs(netvirt-csit-1node)

Attaching the script logs and karaf error logs.
The rest call outputs and flows are available as part of test case teardown.
