| Description |

https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Neutron/TrunkPort When a neutron port is updated with a qos policy, there is no point in addiing a bandwidth limit rule if that port is a subport. An API is reqired to check if a Neutron port is actually a subport so that in port change listener one can skip applying qos policy bandwidth limit rule on such port. |
