This issue was analyzed and a bug has been discovered on update-network use-case with ML2-V2-Driver on the stable/ocata branch and it has been filed into networking-odl now: https://bugs.launchpad.net/networking-odl/+bug/1698804 stable/newton ML2 V2 Driver version does not have this bug and so Newton-V2 CSIT jobs are succeeding because of that. |

A review has been raised on Pike release of Openstack/networking-odl here to address this bug: Though this deems to be a Neutron Server problem rather than a problem with the Networking-ODL ML2 V2 Driver, we are planning to merge the Networking-ODL patch itself as a temporary relief to get Ocata CSIT running. |
