 Description

In a dual-stack setup, it is seen that sometimes DHCP port is not having ServiceBinding entry for IPv6Service. Because of this, the dhcpPort inside the namespace does not have the IPv6 Address.

Steps:
------
Create a tenant network (say n1)
Create an IPv4 Subnet in the network n1.
Create an IPv6 Subnet in the network n1.
Create a neutron router (say r1).
Associate the IPv4 subnet to the router r1.
Associate the IPv6 subnet to the router r1.

Check the ipAddress for the dhcp-port in the dhcp namespace.
Ideally it should have both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.

But sometimes, it is seen that it only has IPv4 and not IPv6 address.
