it seems some connectivity to a single instance (there are several other
instances without issue) is failing after some HA related activities of
putting ODL nodes up/down.

Will need to revisit netvirt 3node csit after we make the upstream projects healthy

Logs are now old and stale (it's been a year since this was opened). We will eventually be revisiting the netvirt 3node csit jobs more closely after we get more stable tests in upstream projects.
