The OpenDaylight NeutronAPIService will fail API calls including MAC addresses as part of the JSON data if they are not uppercase. The actual Neutron API itself doesn't have this requirement. I've worked around this in the Neutron plugin for now. |

This defect has been fixed by a previous commit. So cleaning up by marking it resolved/fixed |
