Deleting a network after restarting Neutron server is deleted from Neutron but not from ODL controller.

How to reproduce
================
1. Creating a network on Neutron
2. Verify the network is seen both on Neutron and on ODL controller
3. Restarting Neutron server
4. Deleting the network on Neutron
5. Verify the network is deleted from Neutron but not from ODL controller.

Hi Itzik,
How long do you wait after you restart Neutron Server before you send the delete? This is a non-HA setup right? Can you also please attach the neutron-server logs and ODL karaf logs?

Hi,
Non HA.
Basically right after the neutron server restart.
It seems to happen just for network deletion not for creation.
