When a pool is created without a pool member, and the updated to add a member a null pointer exception is thrown from createLoadBalancerPoolMember(). Snapshots attached for reference. This needs to be resolved if a pool can be created without having a pool member for the initial call. |

Moving to neutron project, since this bug maybe fixed after split / or is still present in neutron codebase and neutron maintainers will have better understanding of it. |
