 Description   

I tried testing tempest tests in order to compare networking ODL-V1 and networking ODL-V2.
(due to the fact that Boron is not stale, I used the Beryllium version for ODL testing)

I made a comparison of the failed tempest tests for both versions.
I found that there are some network API tempest tests and some SCENARIO tempest tests that fail all the time in V2 although they passed in V1.

These are the failed tests:

[-] tempest.api.network.test_ports.PortsAdminExtendedAttrsTestJSON.test_list_ports_binding_ext_attr
[-] tempest.api.network.test_ports.PortsAdminExtendedAttrsTestJSON.test_show_port_binding_ext_attr
[-] tempest.api.network.test_ports.PortsAdminExtendedAttrsTestJSON.test_update_port_binding_ext_attr

attached log file from neutron service that include the log of the all four use cases (tests).
each test is separated in the log with the test name as a headline.

This is a bug for networking-odl. Not ODL neutron northbound
