 Description   

When VTN Renderer renders an intent, it tried to add operational information for the intent into into the OPERATIONAL data store.
(Though the implementation to add operational information had the NIC-21 it didn't work correctly.)

However, VTN Renderer doesn't update and delete operational intent information in the OPERATIONAL data store when intents are updated or deleted.
