 Description   

Failing Test:
Check_Modified_Device_Data_Is_Still_There (non-critical)

Steps: 1. Delete the Netconf device from topo
2. Add them back
3. Chek if the modified config before delete still exists in config DS
4. odlmicro Netconf fails to return old data. It is not presisted

Also the new mount points created before delete also not presisted. Causing other dlete tests to fail
