 Description   

OpenDaylight's karaf.log will rotate, but never delete old files, and grow forever.

We should tweak the logging to use https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/appenders.html#CustomDeleteOnRollover.

The default configuraton should be "large" window; people can then customize this, if we just show an example.

We also reduce the number of roll-overs from 10 to 2 in integration/packaging/puppet-opendaylight.

so the required change here seems to be just:

log4j2.appender.rolling.strategy.max =10

I'd like to settle ODLPARENT-154 re. file size before this.

Unassigning issue from me, as I'm discouraged to further contribute to odlparent logging due to ODLPARENT-154.
