We are pinned to Jersey-2.25.1, due to some shenanigans encountered last time we upgraded (from 1.17 ) – the patch is here: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/odlparent/+/76434/

Meanwhile Jersey moved to Jakarta EE, with 2.29 available: http://blog.supol.cz/?p=144

We should upgrade to Jakarta EE as soon as possible, just because it mostly solves The Jersey Problem (tm).
