 Description   

odl-akka-leveldb has a dependency on a custom-built jar, which is not universally portable. Furthermore leveldb persistence is regarded not suitable for production use, which is why CONTROLLER-1411 is switching to a custom persistence plugin.

Remove odl-akka-leveldb feature as soon as possible.
