 Description   

according to my editor, the log line is 1113165 characters in length. Is this
neccessary? It's very hard to scroll and debug other issues when this message
is there. (single line is attached)

this was seen when loading these features:
odl-integration-compatible-with-all,odl-vtn-manager-rest,odl-vtn-manager-neutron

using RC2.1 Beryllium distribution

Jamo, I think this is produced by of-config project. You may want to move this to their bugzilla and rise the priority as this does not look good for ODL users.

The line should be DEBUG or even TRACE.

Severity: Not a blocker. We can release Beryllium without it.
Testing: The log information was changed to trace. Extensive testing not necessary as the fix has very small footprint. This is not covered by any unit tests or system tests.
Impact: No impact to dependent projects.
