 Description   

there are 33 duplicate case statements - please see the diff how to fix them. I addition to the case statements, there are the following problems:

  • Line 137, error:
    ' the list at "pyang-wd/openflow-protocol.yang:137 (at pyang-wd/openflow-protocol.yang:141)" needs at least one key because it is used as config'
  • Line 1123, error:
    ' the list at "pyang-wd/openflow-protocol.yang:1123 (at pyang-wd/openflow-protocol.yang:1126)" needs at least one key because it is used as config'
