 Description

similar to OPENFLWPLUG-1053, the below message is showing up a lot:

org.opendaylight.openflowplugin.openflowjava.openflow-protocol-impl - 0.6.4.SNAPSHOT | The channel outbound queue size:1024

in one example from a 2.5h CSIT job, 1/3 of the karaf.log lines were from this. (note:
that another 1/3 of the log lines were from OPENFLWPLUG-1053) Maybe the same
root cause is there?

There are some patches (one merged in neon) that are addressing this by just
changing the log level from INFO to DEBUG, but there has to be something very
inefficient happening to be sending these so frequently. even if we don't get these
logs by default, that code path is still getting executed. Even worse, if someone
wanted to debug something and needed to turn this module to DEBUG, these logs
would then spam again and make it hard to do that debugging.

I think we can revert this patch now, given that the original issues is fixed through OPNFLWPLUG-1053.
