 Description   

Jenkins build jobs (verify, integrations, merge) got heavily slowed down.
The time costs are related to downloading maven artifacts from nexus repo.

Tried to remove opendaylight.release repository as this is expected to be contained in groups/public repo and does not contain required artifacts/metadata.

Now the build job seems to be even a bit faster than before (4m 40s)
