Downloading the base version

Then downloading the drop-test into the plugin folder.

just confirming start the controller with
./run.sh -Xmx2G -of13

Works on Fedora 20 Cloud.

I was able to recreate the issue on a CentOS 6.5 Cloud VM with yesterday's ODL code. After reinstalling ODL with the latest integration build, keeping everything else the same, the issue went away.

Problem was fixed. If you download current base version and run drop - test with it, it will work.
