| Description |

Message processing is supposed to start right after registration of rcp-services to md-sal is finished. Here corresponding queue is plugged into processor mechanism. But queue processing is really fired upon another message arrival. Solution - after plugging queue to processor stuff the harvester should be pinged as the queue is usually not empty while plugging. |
