 Description

Mac addresses in input flow should be handled irrespective of upper/lowercase.
If lowercase are used in mac addresses, it is converted to uppercase and listed as unmatched flow in Operational flows.

For eg: if input mac address is aa:bb:cc:aa:bb:cc , it is converted as AA:BB:CC:AA:BB:CC and listed as unmatched flow in operational flows.

Hi. This is very similar to YANGTOOLS-418 but that bug is more general.
There is an early example of solution at https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/17089/
(see comments in both). Also, that solution uses lowercase as the canonical form.

Anyway, I am marking this as a duplicate.
