When mininet connects there are all nodes ready in a short time frame which implicates statistics polling at the same time. Randomizing initial timing bootstrap should reduce waves on network and distribute load on DS too. |

Since we poll statistics in separate run for each device we don't need to randomize that anymore. Devices don't start its statistics gathering at same time. |
