 Description

This issue occurs in 3-node cluster. With the current implementation inventory manager application deletes the node/node-connector data from operational data store even if switch disconnects from the follower node. Ideally only inventory manager should delete node data from data store, if no controller is owner of the device. In case of individual node-connector events, any node can update the data store operational data store, but if there is a master controller for the node exist, it will be given the priority.
