 Description

Arbitrary bit mask error in ipv6

Till now, openflowplugin only supports subnet masking for ipv6.

Now, most SDN switches(Openflow>=1.3) with the use of TCAM(ternary content addressable memory) support(along with prefix matching) wildcard bit mask matching.

So, the ability to insert flows with ipv6 arbitrary mask is really useful.

Example:
<ipv6-source>2001:0db8:0a0b:12f0:0000:0000:0000:0001/FFF0:FFB6:FFF0:FFF0:FFF0:FFF0:FFF0:A555<ipv6-source>

Stable/beryllium :-
https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/41686/
https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/41689/

Master:-
https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/42105/
https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/42176/

Code works good in Stable/Beryllium but not in master due to OPNFLWPLUG-736
