Now in state to testing the changes. During earlier testing we found out, that the FRM (OPNFLWPLUG-740) needed to be changed for the clustering singleton service too. A huge rebase was needed as OPNFLWPLUG-641 was merged to the master branch.

Here is whole branch with all changes needed to apply singleton.
