 Description   

TCP flag matching is now an approved openflow extension (Ext 109). This bug is to track the progress on this enhancement.

It's blocking NetVirt project from implementing the ACL service

Isn't this already implemented in plugin? Sadly, not in proper way as extension but directly in match model. So, can this be closed then?

This is openflow approved official extension, that's the reason it's implemented directly in match model and not through experimenter extensions.
