 Description   

Learn action (NXM extension) support was added recently, after submitted and receiving approval for a waiver.
This functionality does not change any existing functionality, and simply allows the action to be used by projects. Genius and Netvirt plan to use this functionality in Boron and have patches waiting to be merged.
