Hi Shuva,
I failed to find this group command in openflow protocol specifications. Could you provide some reference?

In case this is ovs specific command:
What is the expected behavior in case this command is not supported by device?
Or which component will be in charge to decide weather to use this command?

This is the new GROUP Command which being supported from OVS2.6.
